1. Agreement and provider
These Terms are an agreement between you and Continual Labs Limited ("Continual Labs", "we", "us"), company number 17387340, for Agent Logger's website, account and licence service, Chrome extension, local runtime, and related support (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, starting checkout, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Agent Logger for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live.
2. What Agent Logger does
Agent Logger helps a developer send selected browser context to an AI coding assistant through a locally running MCP integration. Depending on the release and permissions you enable, features may include screenshots, element inspection, selected-tab diagnostics, accessibility checks, and browser actions.
You control which sites and tabs you monitor and which content you send. Output from AI assistants and browser automation can be wrong or destructive. Review proposed actions and maintain backups and normal development safeguards.
3. Account and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect your password, browser profile, device, session, and local pairing credentials.
- Use only official or trusted Agent Logger packages and extension releases.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security vulnerability.
- Do not share a personal licence or use it to provide access to unrelated users.
We may revoke sessions, pairing credentials, or entitlements that are compromised, forged, abused, or used in breach of these Terms.
4. Trial eligibility and one-time charge
When you start the paid trial, Stripe collects and saves your card for one agreed Agent Logger purchase. We do not charge it that day. Unless you cancel before the exact charge time shown at checkout and in your dashboard, you authorise Continual Labs to make one automatic charge of USD $25.00 forty-eight hours after successful card setup.
The forty-eight-hour trial is available once to an eligible first-time account. If our records show that the account has already used a trial, the dashboard and Stripe Checkout will say that no second trial applies. Completing card setup in that case authorises one immediate USD $25.00 charge for lifetime access. You can leave Checkout before completing setup. After a payment completes, the final-sale rules in the Cancellation and Refund Policy apply.
- The USD $25.00 total is the final amount charged for this purchase, inclusive of any tax we are required to include.
- This is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.
- For an eligible first trial, you can cancel from your Agent Logger account before the displayed charge time without being charged.
- Cancellation is effective when our system records it. We provide on-screen and email confirmation; keep either for your records.
- If the card requires additional authentication or payment fails, paid access is not issued until payment succeeds.
- After a completed charge, the sale is final and has no discretionary change-of-mind refund, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.
Stripe processes the card under its terms. You authorise Stripe and Continual Labs to use the saved payment method only for the purchase described above, any customer-requested retry or authentication needed to finish it, and a refund or dispute connected to it.
By completing Stripe Checkout, you expressly request immediate supply of Agent Logger's digital content and services during any applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that a digital-content right to cancel may be lost once supply begins where the law permits. We record the accepted Terms version and send the trial, charge, and cancellation details to your account email. This does not limit mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming digital content or services.
5. Lifetime licence
After confirmed payment, we issue a non-expiring Agent Logger paid entitlement for the purchasing account. It permits that account holder to use the official product for personal and commercial development on up to the device limit shown in the account. It does not transfer ownership of the Service, signing keys, trademarks, hosted systems, or another person's account.
"Lifetime" means the entitlement itself has no scheduled renewal or expiry. It does not guarantee that every feature, integration, third-party platform, or hosted dependency will remain available indefinitely. We may change or retire features for security, legal, compatibility, or operational reasons. We will act reasonably and provide notice of a material retirement where practicable.
6. Open-source components
Some Agent Logger files or dependencies may be distributed under an open-source licence. Those files remain governed by that licence, and nothing in these Terms removes rights expressly granted by it. An open-source copy does not by itself grant a paid hosted entitlement, official package provenance, Chrome Web Store identity, support, or a right to our private keys and infrastructure.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Access, capture, disclose, or alter information without permission or a lawful basis.
- Collect passwords, authentication tokens, payment data, health information, or other sensitive data except where you are authorised and have applied appropriate safeguards.
- Bypass website security, access controls, licence enforcement, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
- Distribute malware, interfere with a system, scrape unlawfully, or violate another service's terms or applicable law.
- Misrepresent a modified build as an official Continual Labs release or misuse our name, marks, package identity, or signing provenance.
- Share, resell, sublicense, or automate access to a personal paid entitlement for unrelated users.
8. Your content and third-party services
You retain rights in content you process. You give us only the rights needed to operate account, licence, payment, and support functions. Browser context normally stays local until you send it to the AI tool you configured. You are responsible for having permission to process and send that content.
Chrome, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, AI providers, websites, terminals, and MCP clients are third-party services. Their availability, terms, data handling, and outputs are outside our control. Agent Logger does not authorise conduct that those services prohibit.
9. Updates, suspension, and termination
We may provide security, compatibility, and feature updates. Some updates may be required to keep a local client compatible with signed entitlements or hosted services. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful use, a material breach, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
You may stop using Agent Logger at any time and may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain. Ending use after a completed purchase does not automatically create a refund; the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law apply.
10. Service standard and disclaimers
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every site or tool, or that captured context, AI output, selectors, diagnostics, or automated actions will be complete or error-free.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.
If you use Agent Logger for business, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Subject to the preceding paragraph, our aggregate liability arising from the paid Service is limited to the greater of USD $25 and the amount you paid us for Agent Logger in the twelve months before the event. This business limitation does not apply where it would be unfair or unlawful for a consumer.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for legal, security, or product reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change. A change will not authorise an additional charge or convert your purchase into a subscription without your express agreement.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may retain mandatory rights and bring proceedings in another court permitted by the law where they live.
